Our dynamic networking meetings are a great opportunity to network with other members. At each meeting, a Primary and Associate/Supplier Member speak on relevant topics and how to build business relationships between members. Meetings are free to attend and are held monthly in both Northeast and Northwest Ohio. You can attend one networking meeting before becoming a member.
Members receive an annual Membership Directory. Associate/Supplier Members are listed with contact information and a products and services list. Primary Members are encouraged to establish business relationships with Associate/Supplier Members. Additional advertising opportunities exist throughout the Directory to provide greater exposure and brand recognition.
Members have the opportunity to purchase advertising and submit editorial content in our Suites Magazine. Suites is published quarterly by Innovative Publishing and features Association updates, upcoming events, and current articles of interest to our membership. Our circulation reaches 1,000+ owners, managers and site staff throughout Northern Ohio.
The annual Key Awards celebrate excellence in the multi-family housing industry by recognizing and awarding owners, managers, and staff in communities that achieve the highest standard of property management professionalism.
