2025 Key Awards Gala

Join NOAA for a night of celebrating excellence in property management at the Key Awards Gala. This year, we are thrilled to recognize over 180 outstanding properties across Northern Ohio.

About the Key Awards

There are five potential awards: property of the year, top 10, platinum, gold and silver. Properties that score the highest are awarded Platinum. Properties that score above average in their categories are awarded Gold. The remaining properties that score well within each group are awarded Silver.

Starting this year, NOAA will begin recognizing three Properties of the Year. This award is earned by the properties with the highest percentage of overall property types and rent ranges in its year category. The top 10 scoring properties will also receive special recognition at the awards. Properties receiving a Key Award will be notified at the Key Award Gala.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• August 20th – Program advertisements are due!
• September 1st – Registration deadline
• September 10th – Day of the gala!
