How will Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District recover from FBI probe of former lawyer?

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Customers of the Northeast Regional Sewer District have paid about $2.57 a piece for bribes and embezzled money that went to the district's former lawyer, according to federal charges. Sounds like spare change until you multiply it by the 330,000 sewer users in Cleveland and more than 60 suburbs. Then you've got real money -- about $847,000.
