Certified Manager of Apartments (CMA)
Dates for the next CMA course are currently under discussion as the class is in the process of being revamped and brought up to speed with current trends in marketing, technology, and management. We plan to hold class in the fall. Please check back in the near future for the class schedule.

The R-410a class is particularly important, because that’s the new refrigerant that must be in all new air conditioners. Maintenance personnel need to become familiar with it because it has higher pressures and different characteristics than what they are used to.
